  These people look after the  air bnb at Hampton Downs racetrack , they are the worst cleaners and the owner is rude and obnoxious and a liar ,  would never use or recommend these people ever again .  You had the opportunity to fix an issue but you chose otherwise . Judging by some of your reviews , I’m not surprised .

  Friendly and did a good job of the carpet. But they were 2 hours late with no communication, even after calling 4 times. Moving can be a stressful time on its own, so having an uncontactable and unreliable company doesn't help. I will not use again.

  Used for a full spring clean of 7 hours. Did not perform all tasks that were quoted. Did not clean windows and frames in several rooms. Did not clean ceilings as requested. Stayed longer than agreed timeframe which cost extra. Some areas cleaned extremely well like the oven, others missed completely.
